Amid a global climate crisis, the Institute recognises the need for interdisciplinary and collaborative solutions to reducing greenhouse gas emissions through sustainable energy use.

The Institute seeks to contribute applied research and analysis on issues related to climate change mitigation and strategies for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions tied to the development and use of energy resources.
